Replaceable silde rubber pulley lagging

Application:

Slide lagging is designed for conveyor pulleys, high wear and abrasion resistant diamond grooved rubber is bonded to special traction pads in either alumiunm or steel. The slide lagging pads slide into retainers welded into the pulley rim. New pads can be easily replaced without removing the pulley from the conveyor.

Specification:

1. Rubber material: mixed natural rubber. Other rubber materials can be customized as per the customer's practical requirement.

2. Thickness of the bearing: 2.5mm( cold-roll steel sheet), thickness of the rubber surface: 13--18mm

3. Standard length of rubber sheet: 1830mm. Width:138mm. Can be cut as per the requirement

4. Guide bars: cold-coll steel sheet, matching with the length of rubber sheet, thickness: 2.8mm
